My house did fine since the power stayed on but my inlaws went on vacation and thier sump went out. Went over there last night to check on the place and had to install a new pump Home Depot was packed. Spent 4 hrs cleaning out thier basement.
I actually slept through the storm until about 6:30 am when I heard my backup sump go on.....then I realized something was not right. No flooding though, the pumps did their job.
So how did everyone do with the rain Friday night? Our sumps are still running, side yard still has some ponding, but as long as we have power we've been good!
It's a good thing you guys got the pictures I had to update my phone software and it deleted about 9months of contacts, photos and emails.
Yes Jeremy, we got the pictures - thanks so much! We need to post a few of them. And that's ok about Saturday - you make it to so many other things, it's much appreciated!
Shari did you or Loyd get the pics I emailed you? You would think that driving the newer Buick would have been obvious to me before Bethany decided to make diner resevations for us that night.
Not gonna beable to make it to Culvers this weekend won't have a new oil drain tube before next week had to order a new one.
Remember all those "extra parts" from previous rebuilds? Hope you saved them in a big baggie!
Rich, we will try, but we either need more volunteers or some co-operation from some of the union members. Something that will be addressed, trust me.
