CARS of America - Glenview

Postby FauxFunGSX » Tue May 13, 2008 7:27 am

All,

I took my 97 Explorer up to CARS of America in Glenview last week. While I wasnt planning to spend what I spent, I think they did a great job. The service is terrific and Dana was very helpful. I would go back there again and would recommend them to others.

John thanks for the kind words.
We only did what the truck needed and though it was more than you wanted to spend I think you'll agree it was money well spent.
I really didnt do my job well, you got out of our shop with out
new tires...even I get my tires from tire rack.... you get em'
and we can mount, balance and check alignment again.

Again, thank you for having the faith (lifetime guarentee on ALL repairs-free loaners, coffee & donuts)
but dont let that get out................... :D

Oh just so there is no misunderstanding. I do think the money was well spent and they did what needed to be done to make the truck safe again.

Thanks again Dana.

Well, sometime's we have coffee cake or brownie's too :D .....and to be honest there is not only coffee, but soft drinks, a variety of tea's for your sipping pleasure and of course 4, 300 gallon tanks of various viscosities of valvoline motor oil...Just in case you are really thirsty.
Dish network and wifi in the waiting room, and a great hot dog joint steps away. (I like it there) 8)

And john, just be glad you werent the guy who brought in his 01' M3 for a complete going over.......double your bill, plus a grand.
